The purpose of the insight research is to understand residents experience of the new waste and recycling service on their street (introduced in Spring 2024), and whether recycling improvement interventions deployed by ReLondon and the boroughs have led to claimed long term recycling behaviour change. These resident interviews are requested to be undertaken in September 2024, and results provided to ReLondon at the end of October 2024. The work will be awarded as a fixed-term project subject to ReLondon's standard terms and conditions (available on request). For guidance, this tender has a budget of up to £35,000 including VAT. Submission must be sent to by 5pm on 24th May 2024. Please use the reference: "2024/25- 1.
