The aim is to establish a Framework Agreement to cover the provision of services across all NEAS operational areas inclusive of: North - Northumberland and North of Tyne Central - South of Tyne and North Durham ### South - South Durham and Teesside The framework agreement (framework) will be set out into eleven (11) distinct lots, each broken down further into sub-lots to ensure coverage across the above geographical/operational areas. Providers are able and encouraged to bid for any/all of the lots or sub-lots they are capable of delivering. Further details of the Authority's requirements under the Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contract(s) and other relevant information are detailed in the Specification of Requirements. NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this competition and communicate with potential providers.
