The programme provides small grants to community organisations across London to raise awareness of the Mayor's skills offer, increase participation in adult learning skills provision, and help to build sustainable links between providers, community groups and the Londoners they work with. Delivery will take place from September 2024 - August 2026. The contract will be award for an initial term of 1 yr with the option to extend for a further year subject to budget The GLA is seeking a supplier (Evaluator) to deliver an evaluation of the Community Outreach Programme. The evaluation will cover process, outcomes, the impact of the programme and recommendations on how it could be improved. The evaluation should incorporate organisational experiences and the participant's voice. The tender is published under Light Touch Regime (Schedule 3 Services Under PCR 2015).
