NTW Solutions Limited (the Authority) is acting on behalf of the Authority (jointly referred to as the Authority) who reserves the right to award the contract in whole to one or more than one Supplier(s). (See Annex 1 for further detail on how contract awards will be proportioned to mitigate risk of continuity of supply). Note: For the avoidance of doubt, this re-tender exercise and client specific requirements in this document is being run by the Authority, utilising NHS Supply Chain: Food operated by Foodbuy DPRM framework documentation that creates commercial and operational precedence post contract award. Post contract award, this contract will be managed by NHS Supply Chain: Food operated by Foodbuy on behalf of the Authority.
