Key to this will be devising a metric for existing EPC's that will have some equivalency or means of comparison to the overheating metric to be calculated using HEM in future. By using monitoring data from real homes this project would also test the reliability of these metrics by comparing calculated overheating risk with observed propensity to overheat. This project will require: - A working understanding of EPC's, the involved data and surrounding context. - An awareness of SAP and HEM, and the inputs, outputs, and assumptions underlying these. - An understanding of overheating in homes, and existing guidance on this. - The capability to undertake advanced analytics, modelling and work with large data sets. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/7dabd340-bc15-4ad6-a718-f26f2ad31367) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
