Based on the National Competency framework (NCF) it will deliver a report of findings and recommendations for educational products with evidence-based and data-informed proposals for the commissioning or use of new or existing educational products to meet prioritised needs. This report should be of such a quality that it could be used for a procurement exercise for one or more educational products, if that is the recommended outcome.
