The successful Supplier will be expected to conduct the work provided through this Framework to domestic properties, consisting of a mixture of domestic housing stock and any other building owned and/or managed by Gentoo Group. Gentoo Group wish to appoint one Provider to undertake renewals, repairs and maintenance of Garage doors on an ad-hoc basis within the North East region. This Framework will support our Direct Labour Organisation in the Sunderland/Wearside area. Gentoo Group also maintains a limited number of properties within the North East. Tenderers should note that the Contract is a Framework contract and orders under it will be made by Gentoo Group as and when required. Gentoo Group can offer no guarantee that any orders will be placed under the Contract, the work is likely to be on an ad-hoc basis.
