Please note, £10,000 of contingency that was previously included for the structural steelwork costs is no longer required following receipt of final drawings. Final drawings uploaded on 3rd July 2024. Moving of the exisiting fire escape doors of adjoining hall no longer part of the project as that work has already taken place.
