The Duties will cover the following sites: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Stadium Road Woolwich ### London ### SE18 4QH University Hospital Lewisham (Acute & Community) Lewisham High Street ### London ### SE13 6LH The initial period will be for three years followed by an option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to satisfactory performance. Increases to the contract price following this initial three-year period shall not exceed the inflation index. All expenses above the contract sum shall be identified and a table of rates shall be furnished detailing the charge and a rationale for such a submission.
