To maximise asset life expectancy and performance and minimise unnecessary cost/use/energy consumption, including through intelligent use of IT, and management information systems. o To take a proactive and imaginative approach, continually seeking the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions to problems and issues o Contribute positively and proactively to UCA's sustainability and added social value objectives.
