The advisor will provide support for people who have mental health barriers to gaining employment. Mental health and suicide prevention is a key system priority identified in the mental health needs assessment, Plymouth Plan, the Plymouth Local Care Partnership and the One Devon ICS Strategy. Unemployment is a key driver of inequality in mental health and a risk factor for suicide.
