Works will include removal, modification and construction of walls, forming of a new window opening and installation of a window, installation of sanitaryware, replacement of wall and floor finishes, decoration and modifications to existing M&E systems. Sandgate School is a maintained special school for pupils aged from 3 to 19. Alterations to the existing school configuration are required in order to accommodate the additional pupils on the lower school site.
