The provider will champion and lead on the support provided to the young person in partnership with the householder. The Provider will offer a combination of responsive and proactive work with the young people and will ensure a variety of approaches to ensure that each young person is supported effectively. The provider will act as registered landlord as a registered provider of support and act as lead on sourcing, managing and developing good practice with householders providing a safe home for the young person.
