The work will include: • Strip out of existing roof back to deck substrate • Inspection and any repairs required to falls, deck substrate and substructure • Installation of new roof system (including primers, underlay, waterproofing, insulation and capping components) • Installation of any additional finishing components such as flashing and lightening protection and any required reinstallation of stripped out features such as edge protection and plant Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
