The Contractor will provide works as follows: 1. Install of a new kitchen within a pert-decommissioned commercial kitchen space 2. Change of use from office space to activity room, with particular attention to wheelchair friendly flooring, acoustics & decoration 3. An existing toilet to be enlarged and a Changing Places toilet to be installed 4. Decoration appropriate for a sensory room. 5. Installation of hoist equipment within sensory room, activity room (host equipment for Changing Place as per specification for scheme recognition) 6.
