The Consultant will be working closely with the Development Manager and Client and in close collaboration with the Project Team and wider multidisciplinary Consultant teams on the Sitewide, Area Masterplan and Design Code. Please refer to the tender documentation for full details. The contract can be extended on an annual basis for Additional Services, which will be drawn down as required. No minimum level of work can be guaranteed.
