Vocalink is the sole supplier of the UK's Banker's Automated Clearing System (BACS) which forms part of the National Critical Infrastructure (NCI). The OPS (pass-through) exists only to facilitate the transfer of payment file information submitted via Vocalink to Citibank for processing.
