Responses to this survey will feed directly into, and influence, the decision-making processes that will form the new contracts and so is integral to the future direction of care home provision for the residents of Staffordshire. We encourage you to complete the survey to ensure your organisation has an opportunity to contribute towards a vibrant and sustainable market.
