Structural: The pool is to be drained so that the walls and base can be surveyed for any cracks or leaks, and also understand the general condition of the pool. Mechanical and Electrical: Survey all existing below ground and above ground external mechanical, electrical and public health services within the confines of the compound, including both sides of the boundary wall. All services must be positively identified.
