This project aims to create a fun, inclusive, and interactive environment that encourages family friendly experiences. This project needs to ensure: • Full compliance with the approved dimensions for both the Splash Pad and the plant room are adhered to, as well as full compliance to the attached tree protection condition as specified by the planning authority • Confirmation that during construction, the contractor will ensure that temporary road matting is used to access the site, so as not to damage the playing field -No access to site can be obtained via the new Community and Sports Pavilion access routes.
