Project Objective: The primary aim of this endeavour is to revolutionise Nacro's housing and support management systems to better align with our strategic imperatives of enhancing financial sustainability, fostering growth, cultivating a vibrant work environment, and elevating user experience. Through the deployment of cutting-edge Housing Management System (HMS) and Support Management tools, we aim to streamline operations, optimise resource utilisation, and elevate service delivery standards. Contract Structure: Interested parties are invited to bid for two lots: - Lot 1 Housing Management System - Lot 2 Support Management tool The contract duration spans five years, with a provision for extension by an additional five years. Payment terms will be negotiated, with implementation costs structured as upfront payments aligned with deliverables and ongoing licensing fees settled annually.
