Luton Rising are the Contract Manager and the contract will be entered into with Luton Rising. We are looking to appoint a single Provider to manage the station operations and the facilities management of the DART station.\\r \\r The Luton DART covers a 2km stretch between the mainline Luton Airport Parkway railway station and the UK's fifth biggest and fastest-growing major airport. Seamless transfer time from Central London in 32 minutes and from Luton Airport Parkway station to the airport terminal in 3 minutes replacing the previous bus services.
