Some testing of the new service is currently underway and from April 2024 the programme will move to a phase of piloting. Funding has been agreed for April 2024 - March 2025 and this evaluation is being commissioned in alignment with that funding period, with the potential to be extended further into the life of the programme. This evaluation commission is for the first year of piloting and the beginning of roll out.
