MM would like to pre-qualify capable vendors to supply goods and services in various categories (See Appendix 1 for full description of the required goods and services). Prospective suppliers are asked to complete the questionnaire and together with the copies of the documentation listed in section 1.6 and submit to the designated contact: by 12th May 2024.
