The successful provider will be expected to cooperate and collaborate with other organisations/ health/community/NHS providers involved in the process of providing an infant feeding service to antenatal and postnatal mothers. The Breastfeeding Friendly Award was developed to identify public places and workplaces in the city that offer a good level of facilities and support for women and their babies when breastfeeding.
