Torbay Economic Development Company Ltd, trading as Torbay Development Agency (TDA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Authority, is the Authority's agent in managing the property assets. The TDA owns approximately 120 assets and also manages a number of assets for other organisations. This number can fluctuate.
