The aim is that Macclesfield Market will become the home of independent retail, a food and produce hub and an important business incubator for local entrepreneurs. MIMR will re-energise the market with a suite of high impact visual enhancements to create a welcoming market, increasing footfall and dwell time that supports the vitality and viability of the town centre. To complement the rebranding and physical upgrade of the indoor market, the Council is seeking to also commission a number of artworks, to both highlight the existence of the market, which is in a somewhat hidden location, and to tie in with the aspiration for the market to be a unique, quirky destination. One artist/team is sought to design and deliver a minimum of four artworks within a total budget of £32,000. ## CPV classification Artistic and literary creation and interpretation services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/5f021a77-1e70-448a-a87a-969b6d58315c) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
