The works have been designed by professional consultants through RIBA stages 1 to 4. This tender is for the construction phase, RIBA stage 5. Please note the £750,000.00 is a minimum figure only, tendering contractors are required submit a priced tender return based on their judgement of the value of the works. A principle outline of the scope of works are as follows: - Replacement of the pitched slate roof coverings - Replacement of the flat roof coverings - Thermal improvement works - Installation of rainwater goods - External render repair - Installation of new external staircase - Replacement of louvered doors Please refer to the tender documentation within the appendixes. All tendering contractors will be expected to visit site to familiarise themselves with the scheme prior to providing a tender price.
