The requirements of the contract will include: (1) Domestic Gas Servicing. (2) Domestic Oil Servicing, (3) Responsive Repairs, (4) 24 hour call-out facility, (5) Boiler Replacements, (6) Heating Installations and Upgrades, (7) Air Source Heat Pumps Servicing, (8) Maintenance of Smoke and CO Detectors (9) Void and Mutual Exchange Testing and any other services are detailed in the Specification.
