The Awarded Contracts shall be payable based on the volume of activity with a maximum price per learner of £5,500.00 (EXCLUSIVE of VAT). As such, there shall be no Total Contract Value, but a cost per learner to be charged to the Authority, this shall be an all-inclusive cost which will cover the total number of learners. Based on current estimated number of learners, the anticipated financial envelope for this procurement exercise over the full 4 year contract (Including optional extensions) is not anticipated to exceed - Lot 1 Northeast & Yorkshire and Northwest - £962,500.00 - Lot 2 Midlands and East of England - £1,232,000.00 - Lot 3 Southwest and Southeast - £643,500.00 - Lot 4 London and Southeast - £715,000.00 The contract period will be for (24) months, with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of (12) months each subject to annual review and available budget. The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 05/08/2024 by 12:00hrs (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time.
