In addition, Devon County Council's (DCC) revised Carbon Reduction Plan identifies major investment in at least 11 MWp of renewable energy on DCC's estate as a key means to achieve its net zero target and contribute to the Devon Carbon Plan.\\r \\r We commissioned a review of opportunities on DCC's estate, working with Pure Energy Professionals (PEP). From this process, three former landfill sites were identified as the best immediate opportunities.
