Although the Services are available to anyone aged 16 and over assessed as eligible for health and/or social care services, the primary focus will be young people and working age adults aged 16-64 years with needs related to a learning disability, autism, physical disability, mental \\r health and / or complex needs.\\r \\r The intention is to improve access for individuals to good quality housing options and the right types of care and support, in the right place, at the right time.\\r \\r Please note this procurement will be conducted under the light-touch regime under regulation PCR 2015 27 (5).
