All works must be carried out in full compliance of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and all other relevant Health & Safety legislation. Works to include all logistics and infrastructure required for the removal of approx. 500 tonnes of contaminated sub soil. The quote must include excavation, loading, transport and disposal of the contaminated material to a licensed disposal facility. Additionally once removal of the contaminated soil is completed appropriate soil testing and reports will need to be provided to certify the soil status as contamination free. If subsequent test results continue to show levels of contamination above the appropriate threshold, then further remediation needs to take place until testing results read at an appropriate level.
