The value for the contract is estimated at £4.7m over the maximum 5 years. Due to the Authority receiving only two PQQ responses with only one response meeting the minimum criteria the Authority has a failed competition and competitive procurement under the accelerated restricted procedure is no longer possible. Therefore a Single Source procurement in line with Regulation 16(1)(f) of the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR) 2011 is the only feasible option to meet the requirement to provide continued support to the Elmer Radio and AD120 Avionic Comms equipment. ## CPV classification Repair, maintenance and associated services related to personal computers, office equipment, telecommunications and audio-visual equipment Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/55657e29-aa56-42ad-997f-524aca0c8446) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
