Please note that the Council are looking for a fully developed 'out of the box' software package and are not looking to work with a supplier to develop a new solution. As part of this process the Council is conducting a Market Engagement Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity and to gather information to help improve our understanding of the market.
