This means that we have various public facing services that must continue during a business disruption. We take Business Continuity very seriously, and we have robust plans and procedures in place. All plans and procedures are reviewed annually, to ensure that we are in line with national guidance and any new or current threat. We currently align to the ISO 22301 standard; however, we are not looking to implement this standard. The Compliance Team manage business continuity across the organisation and have a stable structure in place, with 49 Business Continuity Champions.
