Due to the envisaged value of this procurement London and Quadrant, have decided to do an Invitation to Quote process inviting three suppliers known to them as per the internal procurement policy. The requirement is for the provision of a design agent. It is our intention to take the scheme overseas, therefore we are looking to engage with an agency which has experience of producing marketing collateral for both the domestic and international market.
