The contractor will provide a complete design and build service to deliver works in line with the relevant specification provided. As such the contractor will be required to take on the role and responsibilities of Principal designer and Principal Contractor roles. The appointed contractor will deliver planned internal improvement works to qualifying homes in years 1 and 2 of the council's 7 year programme. It is expected to deliver internal improvements to up to 900 homes. These improvements include kitchen renewals, bathroom renewals, and electrical upgrades.
