The aim of the service is to support people with a history of rough sleeping, or at risk of rough sleeping, to make positive moves towards maintaining settled accommodation and achieving an improved quality of life The purpose of the service is to enable people, often entrenched in a rough sleeping lifestyle, to take up the opportunity of a more settled way of life within their own accommodation. The service will enable people to establish and maintain a tenancy and wherever possible make a successful transition to independent living regardless of initial level of need.
