The facility allows customers to use a map-based interface to locate where the issue they want to report is, select the issue they want to report and provide additional information for context. These issues are then passed by the CCC before being passed to regional correspondence teams to investigate, update and fix the issues the customer has reported. Customers can report a range of issues relating to the network, as well as in relation to Major Projects schemes.
