With the landlord not being in the social care sector, this offers an opportunity to receive support from someone who would be looking at the situation as a future landlord and help ensure that the tenants using the service build up their skills and understanding of how to manage a tenancy and flat. The landlord support provider will also help transition the service users onto future permanent independent accommodation. ## CPV classification Accommodation services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice ](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/4cbc32da-1f5d-4f71-b00e-a27892af0ab4) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
