In view of the above, ECC is keen to explore opportunities to provide collective heat pump purchasing schemes for residents via a contracted managing agent. The contracted managing agent will handle customer service, provide trusted installer(s) with capacity for large scale roll out of heat pumps, and furnish ECC with an extensive reporting system.
