As part of the Leeds Sufficiency Strategy, we are exploring potential procurement options for future contractual arrangements with suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver provision for children looked after, specifically: - Childrens fostering provision - Childrens residential provision - Wraparound placement support To support this, we would like to gain information from the market regarding a number of issues related to the potential procurement exercise.
