We need data for informed decision-making using locational analytics from mobile devices and other sources. The successful candidate will provide data on visitor frequency, visitor totals and where visitors are residentially from across multiple heritage sites in England. - This will expand upon existing research that explores the use of data from mobile devices and other sources for alternative sampling methods in economic valuation. The collected data will be used for econometric analysis and descriptive statistics. - There must be a scope for at least 100 separate heritage sites to be analysed. More will be preferred. Essential data on movement patterns, visitor frequency, visitor totals and where visitors are residentially from should be available. All heritage sites will be expected within 6 weeks of receiving the contract start date. If availability exists to change these locations afterwards, such time limits will not contain them. - The successful candidate will be awarded up to ?47,000 (including VAT) for the services pertaining to this tender. Not all of this funding must be used. If a candidate suggests a bid above ?47,000 or below ?30,000, the bid will automatically be disregarded. The price of the service will be considered as part of the 'Most Economically Advantageous Tender'. The award criteria in full can be seen in full in section 3.1.
