These fall into 3 categories, Replacement of the footbridge with associated Civils Works, Hard Landscaping and Refurbishment of the Play Area at Ebury Way. The Council is seeking either a Tier One contractor to be Principal Contractor, fully deliver the works and interface the disciplines required or would consider a second tier contractor, specializing in the delivery of one of the work disciplines, undertaking the role. The scope of works includes the provision of a new 3m wide replacement bridge, plus associated landscaping works, widened footpaths, seating areas and sub-structure works. The contractor shall be responsible for the design, supply and installation of the bridge and all associated works. The works also include the provision of an upgrade to the Ebury Play Area to the North West of the site.
