The vouchers will be issued to eligible households under the DWP Household Support Fund grant. This contract has been awarded following a further competition tendering process via the CCS FAADS DPS (RM6322). The contract value does not only represent the fee paid to the provider. Instead, it includes the value of the vouchers themselves. The fee paid to the provider is expected to be lower than the advertised contract value.
