The Council manages a number of events within the City of Worcester which are publicly accessible locations (PALs) that require security and event stewarding: • Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre • Worcester Christmas Lights Switch On • Remembrance Sunday • Armistice Day • Civic parades from the Guildhall to Worcester Cathedral • Ad Hoc Events These events are weekdays and weekends and will include evenings and overnight stewarding. Please see the procurement documents for further information. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal [procontract.due-north.com](https://procontract.due-north.com) to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.
