Addressing case-related issues within these sessions will allow staff to reflect on complex cases and their potential impact on practice, facilitating improvements in decision making and overall professional development. Success will be measured through yearly surveys and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the sessions meet objectives. The Lambeth Youth Justice Service is planning to initiate a procurement process starting on April 1, 2025. We would therefore like to offer existing Clinical Supervision / Reflective Practice sessions providers the opportunity to attend an online market engagement event to discuss the upcoming tender.
