The Supplier will complete services in two phases: Phase 1 - conduct Site Surveys at each of DfE's offices which will determine the required configuration and volume of the replacement devices. Phase 2 - implementation of the replacement devices, and disposal of the existing EOL equipment. The Supplier will also provide Early Life Support; covering any faults with replacement Wi-Fi Access Point devices and/or any configuration issues within 3-months following implementation.
