The project will involve full refurbishment of the current second floor structure to create vacant open plan space ready for fit out by commercial tenants. Works will include: ### Strip out of existing walls, floors, ceilings Installation of new electrics, lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, fire safety systems New windows, doors, kitchenette, bathroom facilities ### Structural openings, stair access ### Compliance with accessibility and building regulations The finished redeveloped floor will allow for flexible commercial use.
